OA Members are advised that revised security arrangements are now in place for your guests entering HMS COLLINGWOOD. These are:

• The host OA Member must meet his/her guest(s) at the Main Gate Security Office, where they will each be recorded and have their photograph taken (first occasion only).
• Guests will be issued with a red coloured"Escorted Pass" which they will retain throughout their visit and surrender to the Main Gate Security Officer upon leaving the establishment.
• Hosts are to accompany/escort their guests throughout their visit from arrival to departure from HMS COLLINGWOOD.

Please Note: There is now no need to supply a list to the Main Gate for an individual wishing to bring guests into the Wardroom, although lists of attendees names and their vehicle details are still provided to the Main Gate for formal Mess and OA Functions by the sponsor/social secretary.
